Duties

• Conduct client intake, interviews, and develop case strategies
• Review and analyze medical records
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Negotiate settlements
• Prepare for arbitration and trial
• Make court appearances throughout the region

Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience preferred (plaintiff or defense)
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage files independently while collaborating with a team
• Pennsylvania Bar admission required
• New Jersey Bar admission preferred
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Prior insurance defense experience is encouraged
• Former Assistant District Attorneys or attorneys with significant courtroom advocacy experience are encouraged to apply

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Pennsylvania Bar admission
• New Jersey Bar admission (preferred)
