Duties

• Lead real estate litigation from inception through resolution.
• Perform legal research and draft motions, trial briefs, and memoranda.
• Act as lead counsel in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide strategic counsel to a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to refine trial tactics and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience with a focus on Real Estate Law.
• Must be based in San Diego County.
• Experience in depositions and complex motions; trial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently using modern tools.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
