Legal Administrative Assistant - Litigation
The candidate will include providing assistance with calendaring, expense reporting, file maintenance/organization, record management, e-filing, upload/download of documents, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned. Should have 5-7 years of experience in a law firm setting required; litigation multi-state experience is highly preferred. We require intermediate technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite 2016 (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PDF programs), document management software, and internet research skills. Experience with Litigation applications such as Legal Tracker, CompuLaw, CounselLink, or Serengeti would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize, and a willingness to learn. Must also work efficiently under pressure while working in a fast pace and team environment.
