The successful candidate will represent clients in court, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration.

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, mediations, and arbitration.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 2-8 years of employment or commercial litigation experience.
• Current CO Bar admission in good standing.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
