Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare and corporate agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance and operational matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence for healthcare and corporate transactions.
• Prepare corporate documents and transaction-related documents.
• Communicate with clients, agencies, and advisors to advance matters.
• Manage multiple matters while providing practical legal counsel.
• Contribute to business development and practice group activities.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 1-4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory or corporate transactional practice.
• Experience advising on healthcare regulatory matters preferred.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
