The candidate will conduct studies, analysis and makes recommendations for the improvement of procedures and practices with the intent of achieving and maintaining accurate information used to optimize healthcare delivery. Evaluative methods and techniques related to the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations performed by personnel in their efficiency and effectiveness in preparing and submitting financial and workload data generated by the activity. Utilize computers, databases, and various military healthcare delivery programs to identify specific data elements required to be maintained which permit the generation of required reports and for program monitoring. Assist in developing the annual Military Health Systems Business Plan for the Medical Treatment Facility.
