Social Security Disability Attorney

Profile

A law firm is seeking a Social Security Disability Attorney to advocate for clients throughout the Social Security Administration (SSA) process, including representation before Administrative Law Judges and filing appeals. The ideal candidate will be committed to client advocacy and possess strong legal knowledge in this area.

Duties:

• Represent clients in Social Security Disability claims and appeals.
• Advocate for clients before SSA Administrative Law Judges.
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents and appeals.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and procedures.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Indiana.
• Prior experience in Social Security Disability law is preferred.

Certifications:

• Must be a member in good standing of the Indiana Bar.

Skills:

• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
