Duties

• Manage case files and determine next steps.
• Represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and court appearances.
• Create persuasive communication materials.
• Conduct investigations to uncover facts and causes of action.
• Work independently and collaboratively to manage priorities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of civil litigation experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in Creditors' Rights or Collections preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong motivation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in computer and word processing skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)

Certifications

• Must be licensed in the state of Indiana.

Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Subrogation or insurance experience is a plus.
