Duties

• Engage in all phases of business litigation matters.

• Conduct discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and oral arguments.

Requirements

• Three to five years of law firm experience in litigation-based practice.
• Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent academic credentials.
• Active membership in the Indiana bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Indiana bar membership.

Skills

• Proficiency in litigation procedure and discovery processes.
• Experience with e-discovery tools and techniques.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
