Requirements

• Understanding of real estate matters, including title insurance and property management.
• Great communication skills, especially in stressful situations.
• 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• Ability to design and implement estate plans and navigate probate effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
