Duties

• Serve as bond, disclosure, underwriters', issuer's, or bank counsel.
• Work with state and local governments, underwriters, and financial institutions.
• Manage sophisticated matters independently from inception to closing.
• Draft and negotiate primary transaction documents.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public finance transactions.
• Experience with tax-exempt and taxable financings preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri or eligible for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Missouri or eligible for admission.

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills.
