A well-respected family law firm is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its team in Collin County. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding clients through challenging legal matters with empathy and expertise.

Location:

• Frisco, Texas

Duties:

• Advocate for clients in matters related to divorce, child custody, modifications, and enforcements.

• Represent clients in contested hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

• Draft and prepare persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and orders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

• Develop case strategies in collaboration with a skilled legal team.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in family law.

• Proven courtroom experience, particularly in contested matters.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage cases efficiently.

• Empathy and interpersonal skills to support clients during sensitive legal situations.

• Familiarity with Collin County courts.

• Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
