Candidates must be admitted to the Nevada Bar and willing to engage in community and professional organizations to support professional development.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Assist with all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
  • Analyze legal issues and develop strategies to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
  • Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of commercial and business litigation experience.
  • Experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Superior drafting and research skills.
  • Negotiation abilities.
  • Admission to the Nevada Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Nevada Bar.
