Deputy Attorney General, Civil Litigation Division
The candidate will be responsible for handling civil prosecutions before the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and the Idaho Board of Nursing, and working with board staff. Will also handle other matters within the Civil Litigation Division which could include claims involving employment, torts, natural resources, environmental issues and constitutional interpretation. Represent the State of Idaho, its constitutional officers, departments, agencies and boards in matters related to those areas listed above. Must have Admission in the Idaho State Bar. Experience in administrative proceedings and state and federal courts and the ability to handle a large civil litigation case load are desirable.
