Duties

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in a litigation-focused role.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York.
