The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys to prepare court submissions for removal proceedings, including for asylum, Cancellation of Removal and family petitions. Will also be responsible for drafting clear and concise summaries for assigned cases, responding to client inquiries for status updates and assisting supervising attorneys with various projects, as needed. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, an outstanding work ethic and “people skills" to work with the immigrant community.
