Duties

• Draft and negotiate business contracts, including asset and stock purchase agreements, license agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Assist in complex M&A transactions, including due diligence and agreement drafting.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions and court appearances.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New York State or pending admission with expected admission in early 2026.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Relevant internship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
