Duties

• Guide clients through trust and estate administration.
• Work with farmers and business owners on estate and succession plans.
• Educate clients on retirement, charity donations, and insurance options.
• Analyze client needs and strategize appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with paralegals and senior partners in civil litigation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
• Consult clients on asset distribution plans.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in estate planning and administration.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Active membership with the American Bar Association.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, especially in high-stress situations.
• 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
