A law firm seeks a highly qualified Bankruptcy Litigation Associate to join its practice in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights litigation.

Duties

• Represent parties in bankruptcy and restructuring cases.
• Handle loan workouts and enforcement actions.
• Manage receiverships and foreclosures.
• Engage in distressed asset acquisitions and restructurings.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent drafting and legal writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and academic credentials.
• Active bar license in Washington or ability to waive in.
• Bar license in Oregon and/or California is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
