Duties

• Advise on multi-generational wealth planning and prepare complex estate and tax plans.
• Structure family offices and develop strategic wealth transfer techniques.
• Administer and restructure trusts, including advising on fiduciary duties and trust modifications.
• Preserve and transfer specialized assets such as fine art and intellectual property.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in high-net-worth wealth planning.
• Independent drafting experience in estate, gift, and GST tax planning strategies.
• Experience with law or accounting firms in estate planning preferred.
• Enrollment in or completion of a related LL.M. program preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
