Midlevel or Senior Asset and Corporate Finance Associate

The candidate must have 3 years of experience to join our Asset and Corporate Finance practice group. Preferred candidates will be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team to advise a variety of national and international clients across the firm’s global platform. Meaningful experience with leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance) and/or loan workouts is desired. K&L Gates’ Asset and Corporate Finance practice represents lenders, borrowers, servicers and other market participants in a wide range of financing transactions.
