Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Associate to join its Finance and Real Estate practice in New York. Duties

- Manage mortgage loan purchase agreements and investor certifications.
- Engage in commercial real estate repurchase facility and warehouse lending.
- Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence to closing.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of securitization experience.
- Experience in large law firms is strongly preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice law in New York.
