Duties

• Draft employment-related policies and agreements.
• Conduct investigations and deliver training sessions.

Requirements

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
• At least four years of employment law experience.
• Experience litigating before state and federal courts and agencies.
• Proven ability to advise on compliance matters.
• Strong drafting skills for policies and agreements.
• Experience in conducting investigations and training.

Education

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for admission.
