The candidate will investigate/defend first- and third-party claims. Conduct and defend depositions. Draft dispositive motions and attend hearings in state and federal courts. Should ideally have experience defending against construction defect claims, but also experience litigating breach of a construction contract, termination, and delay claims. Experience relating to surety bond claims would be a plus. Must have a license to practice law in Colorado.
