Duties

• Evaluate and handle property subrogation claims from inception to recovery.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case development.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Interest or experience in insurance law, construction, or fire/water losses is a plus.

Education
