Leveraged Finance Associate
The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in leveraged finance transactions, as well as counseling expertise. Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in Virginia. General corporate law experience is a plus. Should have experience in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance and private equity-backed transactions, representing borrowers, banks, and private credit lenders in commercial senior secured financings, project financings, mezzanine debt issuances, or counseling clients with respect to distressed credit situations, credit agreements, security agreements, guaranty agreements, and UCC Article 9 matters. Should have a desire to work as a member of a dynamic transactional team representing both lenders and borrowers in a variety of matters. Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing/drafting skills.
