Duties

• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and conduct thorough research.
• Negotiate favorable settlements in complex legal disputes.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.
• Perform administrative and case management tasks in a tech-forward environment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maryland and/or VA Bar; DC is a plus.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, Personal Injury preferred.
• Advanced legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Maryland and/or VA Bar; DC is a plus.
