- Experience with real estate, secured lending, and tax-exempt finance transactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
- Strong academic record with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Virginia Bar membership required.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Active Virginia Bar license.
