A law firm seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in Greensboro, NC, to join their growing remote team. Duties

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases.
• Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active North Carolina Bar license required; dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of achieving results.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active North Carolina Bar license.
