A law firm seeks a Commercial Leasing Associate in Dallas, Texas. This role offers an opportunity to engage with sophisticated clients in the dynamic data center and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial leasing and related agreements.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
• Handle transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, and work letters.
• Manage SNDAs and other related documents.
• Address development issues in power, water, and fiber-optic infrastructure.
• Collaborate on zoning, entitlements, and permit processes.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
• Experience with service level agreements and data center construction preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Am Law 100 firm experience required.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.

Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of development issues.
• Ability to work with sophisticated clients.
