Responsibilities: Collaborate with attorneys/paralegals in producing a top-quality work product. Prepare and edit corporate documents to include corporate board minutes, real estate closings, banking documentation, and contracts, along with document editing and redlining. Draft routine communications and correspondence. Review and electronically file incoming mail. Effectively communicate with internal Sandberg Phoenix members as well as external clients. Handle scheduling of internal and external meetings along with managing calendars. Non-legal research utilizing various electronic resources. Handle electronic processing of vendor expenses.
