Adjunct Pool (2019-2020) / Adult Degree Completion Programs

The candidate must have knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques appropriate to teaching adult students. Should have knowledge of ways to instruct, manage, motivate and evaluate students. Design online and/or face-to-face. Invest in students. Participate in institution activities as appropriate. Should have degree completion in the following: Business, Leadership, Criminal Justice, Child and Adolescent Development, and Nursing. Should have specific content expertise, instructional design experience, online teaching experience, and experience teaching adult learners. A commitment to excellent teaching at the undergraduate level in a Christian liberal arts context and possessing a potential for scholarship and service is essential. Ph.D.Degree, Ed.D.Degree, D.Min.Degree, J.D.Degree, M.A.Degree, MBA Degrees are preferred. Instructional Design education and experience is a plus. Adult teaching experience is an advantage. Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement is preferred.
