A law firm seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney to join its Washington office. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in advising and supporting case teams and clients through all discovery phases, from preservation to production, and beyond. This role involves collaboration with attorneys, technologists, and clients to develop case-specific workflows and protocols for eDiscovery.

Duties

• Advise case teams and clients on all discovery phases.
• Collaborate to craft and manage eDiscovery workflows.
• Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated teams.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in processes.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in the practicing state.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with corporate messaging and productivity solutions.
• Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Relevant eDiscovery certifications preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
