Duties

• Propose litigation strategies and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Draft reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations and trials.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, negligent security, professional liability, and wrongful death claims.
• Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey; additional state admissions are a plus.
• Strong litigation background with excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NJ Courts' rules and procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey.
