The candidate will get the opportunity to practice regularly in magistrate, family, and circuit court. The main areas of practice will include housing, family law, unemployment, custody, benefits, and domestic violence. Service includes in-court representation, legal advice and information, community education, and assistance with filling out forms. We also work closely with several community partners. As a staff attorney, you will get to enjoy working from our newly-renovated office space which is centrally located in Downtown Huntington near the Courthouse and is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops.
