• Perform privacy compliance due diligence for transactions.
• Stay current on emerging privacy legislation and regulatory developments.
• Develop expertise in evolving privacy issues.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of privacy compliance experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience advising clients on privacy and data protection matters.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• IAPP privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) preferred.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging privacy law trends.
• Experience with cross-border data transfer requirements.
• Background in technology, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Interest in becoming a subject matter expert in privacy compliance law.
