Duties

• Engage in complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, corporate governance, class actions, antitrust, false advertising, and securities.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with a leading national litigation team.

Requirements

• Experience in complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, corporate governance, class actions, antitrust, false advertising, and/or securities.
• Prior experience with an AM Law 100 firm.
• Admitted to practice law in California.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school.
• Graduated in the top 30% of the class.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.
