A law firm seeks a transactional lawyer for its Equipment Finance Team in Charlotte, NC. The team primarily represents financial institutions, private investment firms, lenders, borrowers, lessors, and lessees in various equipment finance transactions, with a focus on transportation equipment such as aircraft and rail.

Duties

• Represent clients in equipment finance transactions, including direct loans and leases.
• Handle securitizations, credit facilities, and purchase and sale transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic legal solutions.

Requirements

• 1 to 4+ years of experience in equipment finance transactions preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent).

Certifications

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
