A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its personal injury practice in Decatur, GA. Duties

• Represent personal injury clients throughout the litigation process, including trials and post-trial motions.
• Oversee case management from initiation to resolution, whether by trial or settlement.
• Mentor and supervise litigation paralegals and case managers.
• Collaborate with and direct overseas employees.
• Track project hours and manage a heavy caseload.

Requirements

• Membership in The State Bar of Georgia; additional bar memberships are advantageous.
• Minimum of five personal injury jury trials as first or second chair.
• Experience in bench trials, appellate work, motions, mediation, and arbitration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; a writing sample is required.
• Proficiency in research, drafting, and negotiating.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (JD, LLM, or JSD).

Certifications

• Membership in The State Bar of Georgia.
