A leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with at least two years of litigation experience to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys on a diverse caseload, providing hands-on experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Location:

• Atlanta, Georgia

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses, parties, and experts
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and development
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with high academic achievement
• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of litigation experience, including experience taking and defending depositions
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
