Duties

• Manage cases independently.
• Handle all phases of discovery, including electronic discovery.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and briefs.
• Conduct courtroom work, including presenting evidence and legal arguments.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses for depositions and trial.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience in trial proceedings.
• Former clerkship is a plus.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
