A law firm seeks a Real Estate & Business Litigation Attorney to join its Jacksonville, FL office. This role focuses on handling disputes and transactional matters related to property and commercial enterprises.

Duties

• Represent clients in landlord-tenant and business-related litigation

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, complaints, and related court documents

• Conduct detailed legal research on real estate and contract issues

• Advise clients on dispute-resolution strategies and procedural requirements

• Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel

• Manage case workflows in a fast-paced practice environment

Requirements

• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience, with emphasis on real estate or business matters

• Proven ability to draft high-quality legal documents and perform in-depth research

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions

• Self-starter capable of managing multiple cases with minimal supervision

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing of the Florida Bar
