Senior Paralegal

The candidate will have direct responsibility in the following areas: Lead NDA negotiations and maintenance of NDA database. Review customer and vendor contracts and other company documents. Project manage all matters related to domestic and international subsidiaries, including regularly held international subsidiaries board meetings, filing of domestic annual reports with secretary of states and departments of insurance, approvals of financials for international subsidiaries, and all corporate governance needs related to the subsidiaries. Manage the legal electronic and hard copy files and workflow. Support compliance and corporate policy-related matters. Work on special projects, including acquisitions, litigation and other transactions, with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Tax and HR. Work on special projects related to the company’s intellectual property portfolio. Provide support for the filing of SEC submissions. Assist where needed in other aspects of the legal and trade compliance teams. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams, providing excellent support when needed. Preferred: SEC public company experience. Semiconductor company experience.
