Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with experience in litigation or advisory matters.
• Substantive experience in Labor and Employment Law is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Excellent research skills, including case law analysis and statutory interpretation.
• Advanced negotiation skills with a track record of resolving disputes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission).
