Duties

• Advise clients on trademark risks and strategies for brand value enhancement.
• Conduct and analyze trademark clearance searches.
• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications and respond to Office Actions.
• Draft and negotiate trademark agreements.
• Assist with trademark enforcement, including TTAB proceedings.
• Research and apply relevant statutes and case law.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of post-law school experience.
• Member of the New York Bar.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and matters with excellent judgment.
• Interest in trademark searches, applications, and TTAB proceedings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and timekeeping software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) with strong academic credentials.

Certifications
