Responsibilities: Manage salesforce workflow around sales and renewal lifecycle. Manage Customer Portals and Vendor Onboarding Process for new Customers. Manage contract review process. Manage deal-desk, and maintain accurate records of open matters, next steps, and accountabilities. Build and maintain list of acceptable negotiating points based on guidance from legal counsel. Escalate matters to legal counsel when appropriate. Ensure timely and accurate followup for all matters. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other workflow tools, and coordinate with finance to ensure customers are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
