Duties

• Advise clients on legal rights and draft legal documents related to their cases.
• Attend pretrial hearings and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Manage court appearances, trials, and draft motions.
• Interview witnesses and conduct legal research.
• Analyze case outcomes using legal precedents.
• Provide legal analysis to determine case benefits.
• Gather additional evidence to support client cases.
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses and experts.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in Criminal Defense law through clinics, volunteer work, or internships.
• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Active bar admission or awaiting admission.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with Case Management Software preferred.
