Duties

• Conduct witness interviews and perform legal research.
• Analyze case outcomes using legal precedents.
• Provide legal analysis to determine case benefits.
• Gather additional evidence to support client cases.
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather supporting information.

Requirements

• Interest in Criminal Defense law demonstrated through clinics, volunteer work, or internships.
• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Active bar admission or awaiting admission.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Case Management Software preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.
