In addition to our summer programs, our Firm considers outstanding lateral applicants at all experience levels from diverse backgrounds. Because of the highly technical nature of much of our practice, we give significant consideration to candidates with backgrounds in engineering and aviation. We have hired laterals with only a few years of experience and laterals that have been practicing for well over a decade. We find that laterals play an important part in contributing to our Firm's creativity, energy, and strength.
