A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for a remote position in Florida. The successful candidate will manage legal processes from inception through post-judgment remedies, providing high-quality legal representation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Duties

• Provide expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve cases.
• Travel to various courts within Florida for legal proceedings and hearings.
• Report activity and results to the Managing Attorney.

Requirements

• Bar Admission: Florida, member in good standing; additional state licenses are a plus.
• 0-3 years of civil litigation/trial experience, with preference for experience in debt collection, foreclosure, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida law license.

Skills

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and case management software.
• Strong courtroom presence and trial experience.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong work ethic and team collaboration.
